These pdf’s are passworded. Can you pass along the passwords?
Jeff Johnson: I’m not certain they are password protected. If they are the passwords are sent out via the email.
I believe the problem is that you are using an older version of adobe reader.
YOu need version 7 or newer to open the PDF files.
